NCL  Limited (“NCL Advisory”) is an independent company registered in Hong Kong SAR, and Ngamoki Cameron Lawyers (“NCL Lawyers”) is a legal practice registered and operating in Fiji (NC Advisory, its Senior Advisors and NC Lawyers shall be collectively referred to herein as “NCL”).

NCL is a data user and controls the collection, holding and processing or use of data.  By using our service, visiting our site or sharing information, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy statement.  This policy sets-out, in summary form, how NCL will handle your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Hong Kong SAR  and its six data protection principles.

Your data will be kept as accurate as reasonably possible and only for so long as is necessary to for NCL to perform its services.

NCL will take all practicable steps to safeguard your personal data from unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use.  Your data will be safely stored on our severs and any cloud-based products with industry standard security protection software and/or protocols.

You will be given reasonable access to any personal data that we may hold about you or your business.  If there are any inaccuracies in the information we hold, you may request correction of that information upon providing the correct information to NCL.

Governing Law

This policy statement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
